TRIM = Up to 1 inch off
RESHAPE = Between 1-2 inches off
RESTYLE = Complete reshape or new shape (i.e. technical cuts such as precision bobs) 2 inches or more.

Important Information: All colour services must be finished with at least a rough dry (£10) or we will not guarantee our colours. We need to ensure you happy with the colour before you leave the salon, and that we are happy with it, and any adjustments can be made at the time of the appointment. If you fail to add a drying service you will not be able to have any adjustments carried out thereafter.
Please ensure you ask for a cut and blowdry, blowdry for rough dry, with your colour service to complete your look.
50% Non-refundable deposits will be taken on all bookings - these will be non-refundable if you miss your appointment, or fail to give adequate notice. Refunds of deposits will not be given if you can no longer make hour appointment. But, we will reschedule once if you reschedule within the notice stated below. You must have rescheduled within 4 weeks of your initial appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
You must give notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for hair colour and 24 hours for a cutting appointment, failure to do so will result in 50% of the full payment being made.
